I am Buddy Bowles working for LFR out of Emeryville,CA. We want to applaud Ian Webster and the Project Navingtor Group for creating a forum to share new and innovative ideas. From time to time I will have comments on what I am seeing as trends,innovations, and challenges in our world as it pertains to Urban Sustainability,Green Structures, and Sustainable Enterprises.
My first challenge is "Finding Your Own Green Space". It appears that major corporations as well as small firms are in the mist of rebranding their firms "Green". Some appear to have a passion for being green others are looking at stock and share holder value. It would be interesting to hear some of the challenges your firm is having "Going Green".

Introducing an Environmental Blog, Managed by Project Navigator, Ltd. (PNL)
Some folks will know Project Navigator, Ltd. (PNL) is in the environmental project management business.
Other parts of this (somewhat conservative and mainstream) website will tell you what we do (manage dirty dirt & oily sludges)...but as a pretty creative organization, who has pushed the limits of how the Internet, digital tools and content helps clients more proactively manage complex jobs, we're going to start a blog on what we do, hear and learn...maybe it will turn into something interesting.
I'll be collecting notes and ideas I receive from colleagues who are far smarter and more experienced than me, in the hope, that clients may actually find items of cutting edge interest on our old PNL website.
At PNL we are particularly passionate about how to convey ideas using digital media (so we'll talk about that). We're also in the middle of a green revolution, so we'll find some commentary on how this momentum could impact our business....e.g. do you know the carbon footprint of your remediation job?
